一局比赛

在一局比赛中，先得11分的一方为胜方；比分出现10平后，先多得2分的—方为胜方。

一场比赛

1、一场比赛应采用七局四胜制或五局三胜制。

2、一场比赛应连续进行，但在局与局之间，任何一名运动员都有权要求不超过两分钟的休息时间。

轮换发球法

1、如果一局比赛进行到15分钟仍未结束（双方都已获得至少9分除外）；或者在此之前的任何时间，应双方运动员要求，应实行轮换发球法。计时员应在每一局比赛的第一个球进入比赛状态时开表；在比赛暂停时停表，恢复比赛时重新开表。比赛暂停包括：球飞出赛区至重新回到赛区、擦汗、决胜局交换方位及更换损坏的比赛器材。一局比赛进行到15分钟尚未结束，计时员应报“时间到”。
